It’s been a crazy few weeks and I still cannot believe I was honored with VOCALIST and Contemporary Blues Female Artist of the Year 😱- we had an INCREDIBLE time in Memphis getting to catch up with all of our friends and music fam. While I was completely taken off guard (especially for VOCALS) I am insanely grateful to have been recognized by the voters in today’s musical world! To be named among, TTB, Derek Trucks, Kingfish and Marica Ball is beyond me! I’ve always deeply respected Blues as America’s foundation of music and although I am not a traditional artist, I always will pay homage.
